[曼谷] Airport link,BTS, Taxi fare calculation

1) Airport link（SA Express) 
There are total of 4 trains providing services in SA Express
service from 06.00 to 24.00 everyday
fare好像是15-45 B吧（找没info,也不太记得）

我们的fare是449 THB(calculator price 510 B),quite 准
不过比较繁忙的交通区，建议double as fare calculation
like 510~1010 B

taxi 2->from shanghai mansion to 93 hotel 
taxi fees we paid:  150B
calculator : 98 B

taxi 3->from 93 hotel to central world

100 B?

taxi 4,5->from siam paragon to chocolate ville

taxi fees we paid:  500B

calculator : 633 B
